If your’e not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you will have to notify us within the first 24 hours since the product was received and, to make the return, you have 8 natural days since the date you received your package.
We do not refund money, we only give credit to spend within the store again, this new purchase would have to be of a value that is equal or above the previous purchase.
Please return the items in original conditions (Unaltered, dirty or similar) with it’s tags attached, otherwise we will not be able to make the change.
We will notify you via e-mail once your returning has been processed.
The re-shipping costs for all changes or returnings are on your own.
